Liverpool City Council Customer Service Request

If you would like to contact Liverpool Council with suggestions, questions, or to report a non-urgent problem please go to the Online Customer Service. It will be logged in Council's Customer request tracking system and forwarded to the appropriate Council Officer for action in accordance with Council's Complaints Policy.

  • For urgent requests please contact Council's Customer Service Centre on 1300 36 2170.

  • Please contact the local Police Station on Ph 9821 8444 regarding Abandoned Vehicles.
  • Request Non-Urgent Service Using Form: Download a Service Request Form and send to Liverpool Council.
