If you would like to contact Liverpool Council with suggestions, questions, or to report a non-urgent problem please go to the Online Customer Service. It will be logged in Council's Customer request tracking system and forwarded to the appropriate Council Officer for action in accordance with Council's Complaints Policy.

In order for Council to activate your request, it is necessary to include the information in the fields marked *. The more detail you provide the more they can attend to the matter with maximum efficiency.
Description of the Location: State clearly what your request is and provide a good description of the location, including property numbers and nearest cross streets. Trees: Trees that need inspections should be clearly marked e.g. by tying a small ribbon to the limb of the trunk.
