Our Mission

Advocate and promote a safe and healthy residential environment by coordinating programs and services in a consistent manner so we can make a difference to the lives of others through our volunteering.

Our Vision

  1. We will be recognised as being one of the best suburban action groups in the State. Our group will continue to be comprised of men and women from all cultural backgrounds committed to our mission and values.
  2. We will create and maintain a flexible and supportive working environment where we can achieve our full potential, live our values, freely express ourselves, participate in team-based decisions, recognise and celebrate our achievements, and welcome change as a means for continual improvement.
  3. We will provide consistent and reliable quality services to our Suburb by understanding resident needs, by clearly defining our roles and responsibilities, by empowering our group, by demanding local government accountability, and by measuring our effectiveness.
  4. Health, safety and environmental protection responsibilities will be an integral job requirement of all PAG volunteers.

Our Values

  1. Active, contributing membership in the community.
  2. We value a clean, safe environment with a focus on residential comfort and convenience.
  3. We believe that people flourish in an open and supportive group. We respect our colleagues as individuals with important contributions to make to our overall goals. We encourage teamwork, discussion and debate to help make the best decisions.
